19te Prussian Infantry
About UsWe (veterans, newcomers, and casual players alike) have formed this regiment to create a respectful, fun, and entertaining environment in which players can enjoy while playing Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars. We enjoy the use of teamwork and tactics whether it be in a line battle or just casually on a server. We hope to create a meaningful rank structure (although not go overboard) and promote the use of more historical, line-like tactics while using our Artillery and Cavalry detachments to increase our effectiveness as an elite fighting force. Regiments were created for line battles, and we shall do our part to participate, compete, and have fun - respectfully.
As a Community...The 19te Community has started since we've been recruiting. Boasting over 40 active members on all major time zones, we play multiple games (cRPG, Mount and Gladius, Secession, Arma 2, Shogun 2, Counter Strike: Source, Native, Persistant World, and much much more!). Furthermore, we also have clans in just about every single one of the games listed and others that have not been as well. We encourage people who are members, prospective members, or even public players who want to join us in a different game to contact one of our officers as well for more information.
JoiningThe steps to becoming a part of this regiment are simple. First it is always a good idea to read the rules. Once you have done that, take a step back and make a decision to see if this regiment is the right one for you. If you are a respectable and mature player who enjoys a casual (but still competitive) environment, then the answer is probably yes and you will find an application feature on our website (
http://19te.enjin.com/). Lastly if you have any questions or just wish to play a little bit with us before you make a decision, add one of our Recruiting Liasons (shown below) on Steam.

AUS/OceaniaAlso keep in mind that recruitment is not based on skill, we gladly accept both experienced/skillful and new players who meet our standards. We do however require that you have at least a basic understanding of English, are respectful to others both outside and inside the regiment, and use common sense

.
Interested in the Artillery or Cavalry???We have recently installed an Artillery and Cavalry detachment. We have created these two attachments to further push our effectiveness as an elite fighting force. If you are interested, you must meet the requirement of Soldat (Gefreiter preferably) . While we try incorporating our detachments in every event, we also require that everyone is Infantry first. After meeting the expectation of Soldat and have acquired an understanding of the orders that we use, you may put up an application within the 19te forums where the officers will discuss your eligibility as a potential Artillery or Hussar member.
Teamspeak and WebsiteWe currently use the Prussian Army (Tuesday Public Linebattle) Teamspeak. The server address is "
74.91.116.171".
If you're playing the Napoleonic Wars mod or any other games, go ahead and hop in there and I'm sure someone else will join you.
Also, since some conversations are not suited for public forums, here is ours:

http://www.youtube.com/user/19teprussianRequirements1. Members will be respectful
at all times. This means getting along with every player - public or not. We do not tolerate discrimination or malicious insults. If you are to have an argument, do it in a respectful and professional manner. We will take pride in our public image and will remove any who choose to stain it.
2. Members will always play fair and respectfully. We do not tolerate actions such as cheating, dragging rounds out, fake surrendering, and Teamkilling. Teamkilling is forbidden in every form except a genuine accident.
3. Members will follow orders when they are given, by officers and Admins alike. We do not have time to listen what you think is best after the orders are given. Instead, remember it or write it down, we will have a time and place for suggestions. If you are instructed by an Admin to do anything, you will abide.
4. Members are required to use TeamSpeak for Trainings and Linebattles(English only during events). We also encourage the use of TeamSpeak for any games you might be playing, however we also understand if you would like to just play alone.
5. Although it is not a rule, it is good conduct to inform an officer when you know you cannot attend or will be late to a training or event. This can be done through a post in the forums, a message on steam, or a simple chat on TeamSpeak.

Ranks Explained- By Joshly
(Rkt): Rekrut is the entry position of the regiment, the member has officially pass the trial/acceptance stage into joining the ranks. Although the player is still not an official soldier, he/she is permitted to wear our tags and will be promoted to Soldat when they demonstrate a good understanding of our formations and regiment as a whole.

(Sdt): Soldat is the first ‘real’ rank of the regiment. Soldats are members who have successfully passed the trial period and understand formations. They are an official soldier of the regiment who are well known by a majority of the regiment.

(Gfr): Gefreiter is a rank used to classify our experienced members. They are soldiers who rarely falter and demonstrate a flawless understanding of current formations and orders. They are soldiers others can look up to and depend on should they need help learning formations.

(Ofr): Obergefreiter is a rank used to classify the most experienced members. They are the perfect soldier, conducting themselves without flaws, they give the perfect example of the newer members on how to fight and act. This is a prestige rank and only those who have proven themselves worthy will be considered.

(Uffz): Unteroffiziers are the first administrative rank of the regiment. They ensure that lower ranking members are following orders, following conduct, and maintaining discipline. Unteroffiziers have the ability to give orders and command in times of a superior’s absence. They are a sort of officer of the regiment, who can answer questions or help you with problems should someone need assistance.

(Fw): Feldwebel is the next step into the officer ranks, while most of the officers work to complete similar tasks. Feldwebels are also leaders in and out of game, they are trusted officers of the regiment who may handle unruly or ill-disciplined members. (In Example: They will remove trolls from our ranks and teamspeak should they find them)

(Lt): Leutnants are your high tier leaders, the most trusted officers. They will handle administrative duties such as line battles, website management, and relations should problems arise somewhere.

(Olt): Oberleutnant is the leading leutnant if you will. He is not so much the second in command as he is the chosen leutnant to guide the rest. Your Oberleutnant is a well respected officer whom will work side-by-side with the Hauptmann to make decisions and deliver actions.

(Hptm): The leader of the regiment, who ultimately has the final say and runs the show. (Although the other officers help greatly in decisions and actions, it is not a dictatorship position)

ApplicationWhile we have mainly done away with applications here on the Taleworlds forums, we highly encourage everyone interested in joining to check out our website. On the website you can find countdown timers to events, friendly conversations, and tons of other things we use to manage the regiment. It is a great place with many tools and our official roster.
If you are interested in joining you will need to register an enjin account on the website (if you have one already you can just log in). You will find a "Join Here" tab at the top of the website just below our banner, click that and fill out the application and submit. We will be instantly notified upon its submission and providing we are not busy, we can take a good look at it. Remember to provide as much information in the application as possible, with more information it is easier to understand what you are looking for as a player.
*[as of Dec. 15, 2012] After your application has been evaluated, the officer corps will keep track of the events you've participated in. After 7 events, you will be evaluated based on your performance and personality, and the officer corps will make a decision.*Our website is
