Basic Principles
Clan Organisation:
1) Team players are important(naturally), because of this has no disagreement between team and leaders, and won't be. Applications, which one compatible with Team Rules accepts and trials keeps under surveillance, their applications to save in archieve.
In trainings and matches, depends on members participate, players take place equally for save their rights for play. This situation valid for trials to leaders.
Respect and Behaviour:
1) Respect to others. Respect is the most important thing for the team. Success on the second plan against respect to others. Some cases, if a player of us discuss hard with somebody else, we search the reasons of the discuss and take warn to the player, and finally take the last decision about our player. And we defend our players if we believe our player's explanation and have no evidence against to our player.
2) We prefer 15+ players. Because we believe15+ people can take decisions logically and they can use words more decent. But if you are not 15 and more and want to join so willingly and if you believe yourself about maturity you can apply, anyway. After the evaluation you will accept as trial or reject. Trail period is one(1) month. But some cases this period can increase or decrease.
Recruitment and Trial:
1) Recruitment is with the form, which one stated. Communication informantions were given. Applicants after a small period, accept or reject by the decision of the leaders. After one(1) month you accept as guard or free people to the clan. The form has indicated with functions.
