OK, I've made the videos. Uploading to rapidshare. I'll be updating the post as they get done:
(note: some will be compressed with WinRAR and the last one will be split in two with WinRAR. You need winRAR to view those!)
(note2: I play with battlesize 90. 120 is even more chaotic. 200 is  unplayable with my computer, but chaotic as hell Wink)
Also for some reason I can't get the sound to record..Sad
Also I get these glitches with mods and bigger battle size...don't know why. Recording the video surely doesn't help, so bear with that please.

Melkir kicking ass in the arena:

http://rapidshare.com/files/24809990/300gameplayArena_1.rar.html - 90 MB

Melkir getting pwned in the arena:

http://rapidshare.com/files/24804316/mount_blade_2.avi.html - 21MB

Some aerial shots, group battles in Free Fight mode:

http://rapidshare.com/files/24808661/mount_blade_4.avi.html - 32MB

Melkir fighting in the Free Fight mode:

http://rapidshare.com/files/24809001/mount_blade_3.avi.html - 55 MB

Longest video, two parts. Free mode again.

http://rapidshare.com/files/24818502/300killing.part1.rar.html - 100 MB

http://rapidshare.com/files/24813089/300killing.part2.rar.html - 50 MB

I think there was this greek-persian wars mod that had already some perian stuff modelled.
It depends if you want to have it the movie style or historically accurate..
Don't make me get all Merlkir on your ass.

And maybe you could add the choice of fighting for the Persians. Then the fight should have an ending.

no it shouldn't, have several weak Persian/allies and one or two seriously overpowered Greeks and one keeps coming when another dies.

B) Grab a ray gun, flip it to "crispy", and watch as the rabble writhe in pain.  Afterwards, hippies whine, complain, and light a few candles.

No matter what you do, you'll have a hippie problem.

if someone makes it plz make it more historically accurate......the movie was good but i hated that the spartans wore no armor at all.........besides this obviously adds more to the game and would probably not work otherwise as you are not going to last long in game terms with no armor in this endless battle

But... but... the Spartans at that time DID wear no armour at all. Except for greaves and helmets...

I highly doubt that.
Spartans were renound to have the best armour of all.
The Spartans that didnt wear armour were probably helots.
I highly doubt 300 spartans would have a chance of standing against 1 million persians without armour no matter how good they were.

I think you'll find that the heavy breastplates came after Thermopylae, but if you can find the source to back up your statement then feel free!

The Spartans of Thermopylae had a cloak as armour. That was it. They relied on their large bronze covered shields as protection. The shield covered their bodies from knees to shoulders.

Shield + greaves + helmet + help from mates = Complete protection.

Dates from the first hallf of the 6th century BC, which puts it about 100 before Thermopylae. Displayed in the archeaological museum at Olympia.
