How do i set up a server?

I would like to set up a dedicated server but how do I do this? I have downloaded the files and extracted them and then what do i do?

ya i was wondering the same thing i do know one thing though you have to download the dedicated server package here http://thedeluge.net/en/download/the-deluge

if thats not clear enough 1 of my friends told me that you download it put it in a folder and put it in your modules folder hope it helps
