Quite simply. Strider took his leave. But they still need to be able to edit the main post on the server threads. So Dom had to make new threads where he could be the editor.

When were you banned?  2/16/12 
Why were you banned? Was accused of Rdming by a commoner by the name of King_halus (Don't know exactly how to spell it).  Was in a faction that went to war with another faction and a battle broke out in the main town.  I saw King_halus kill a friendly faction member (which he denies and says his score is in the negatives therefore it would be impossible) so I rode him down and killed him which resulted in him dropping a bag of around 10k gold.  He rages on open chat saying I rdmd him and that he lost 25k gold.  I apologized for killing him and thought it was fine until he demanded his gold back which I responded with a no for killing a friendly faction member.  He reports me to an admin to which the admin (don't recall his name) demands an explanation which I give to him and an argument happens between the admin, the commoner, and I.  The commoner seems pretty illiterate with his typing and makes out that he didn't kill anyone and I just rdmd him and took his money.  The admin for some reason thought I had a bad attitude and told me not to "talk to him like that in his presence" which I responded to stop acting like a childish egotistical douche.  He gets mad and decides that I should "enjoy my ban" and goes to ban me.  I think this is pretty ****ty and slice him before I leave the server knowing I'm going to be banned anyways by some kid who sees himself as a god with admin on a game server.
Why should you be unbanned?  I don't think I'm in the wrong.  I think I could have been a bit nicer about the situation but when you have a kid who can't type worth **** accusing me of randoming him, It gets a big annoying.  If the admins think I'm in the wrong, I will give back the 10k to settle it.

You most likely were banned for insulting an admin, and then to make it worse you attacked him right before getting banned. If you don't think you are in the wrong for those 2 actions at the very least, then good luck getting unbanned. You didn't mention anything about being punished for a supposed random as it seemed to get out of control from the conversation part. If that is indeed the case, you probably need to look into apologizing and not attacking because you know you will be banned anyways. It only makes things worse.

Not every player speaks and can communicate/write well in English, no reason to make the complaint invalid or for him/her to be considered less of a player than you. As I said, could be wrong but from your story it seems highly likely the kid has less to do with the accusation and more to do with disrespect to players and admins.

Well during the argument after he said the comment "Don't speak to me like that in my presence"  He came off some kid who got admin and thinks he runs everything.  I was 13 once so I know how it goes.  I told him not be rude before I said he was acting like an egotistical douche but it seems he thought I was bad mouthing him because of the things I said against the commoner.  I'm respectful to any admin until they accuse me of something I did and be rude.  In my original post, I noted that I could have been nicer but to be banned for calling him a ego douche, it doesn't really seem right.  The slicing at the end should have been avoided but to be honest, who would think you could even kill an admin.  I did it more of a "**** you" gesture.  The whole issue could have probably been avoided if he checked the logs and came to a conclusion instead of babbling with two people over two different stories.  I listed above if he thought I was wrong, I would pay the 10k back but to be rude to me wasn't a very professional thing to do.

I know the rules and everyone else uses their faction chat to shout out enemy locations so I thought what the heck, no one would notice.  I also was respectful at first until the admin began to be rude and that is why I said those names to him.

when i said please send me a pm with your explanation to all the rules i mean you have to go through all the rules and interpret all of them, sending me a pm about how you where not guilty is not what i asked for.

I heard loads of people left. But I also thought Strider owned half the server?
 
As soon as the admins left yesterday, everything went to hell! Fun tough!
Anyway, its a great server with a lot of friendly people on it, good role-players and actors, the admins seem to be grown up enough to deal with all the type of crap that comes along during the day.
Although, I wonder, why the **** do people get involved into rp/discussions/fights that doesn't have anything to do with them. For instance, yesterday, most of the times when I engaged a RP ending in a fight, always showed up players randomly attacking me or the other guy, killing us and looting my 0 denars(idiots).
Removing the "drooping the money bag" when you die might reduce the level of kill horny.

And also completely remove the "risk-reward" of warfare.

If someone get's close to your fight, just kill him and get it over with. He shouldn't be close in the first place. I have had quite a few problems with people interfering aswell, And even if they never land a hit on you, they still cause an extreme distraction that usually leads to you dieing. Some people for example ride their horse inbetween you and the enenmy, trying to provoke an attack, or others steal your horse in order to cripple you etc.

So now i just shoot people if they get close enough to pose a threat.

If i see someone running around outside our caste during a siege: Dead.
If i see someone wandering across a battlefield: Dead.
If i am assaulting a castle, and there are people milling around outside: Dead. (Ofcourse, i don't start shooting at them immediately during the assault, but if i am taking cover by the walls and they are there, i might kill them)

They should leave when the fighting starts. If they don't they pose a threat to me.

If they are not wearing our faction colors and are present during a fight, then it is actually a rulebreak NOT to kill them (Metagaming).
 
Sorry, the "risk-reward" should not be based on that, I understand your point and it would make sense if no else gets involved. At this point people are just acting like idiots most of the times and taking advantages of other players efforts while trying to engage a proper rp.

So now i just shoot people if they get close enough to pose a threat.

i got banned from pw united server a few days ago for killing outlaws on sight but i didnt realise that was against rules and can i please get unbanned my in game name is V_CraasH and i swear i wont do it again can i please please get unbanned thanks
