What are mnimum system specs required for this Mod?

^^^As per my question.

I get the usual runtime error on start up to say I don't have enough RAM.

I have tried to edit my boot.ini file but my system won't let me reboot in any other mode but Windows XP.
Needless to say I can't play this Mod.

This Mod looks fairdinkum AWESOME, & I would love to be able to play it.
I have no CTD issues with Brytenwalda, so this has me puzzled.

My system specs are:-

Intel Core2 Quad
Q8400 @ 2.66 GHz
3.25 GB RAM
Card:- ATI 4800 Series
OS:- Windows XP Home 2002 32 Bit Service Pack 3

Would someone please be so kind as to tell me what I need to upgrade to in order to play this?

I have tried to follow all the helpful tips from grom64, but I am still unable to get this baby started.

Buy Intel Core 5, or why not buy Intel Core 7, then you don`t have to upgrade it for a while. Then it should work
This game doesen`t demand almost anything, so if you can`t run this game, i would buy a new computer

Brytenwalda runs sweet, so methinks a new PC won't be on the shopping list just yet. 

grom64 has said it is memory hungry, so does anyone know a *cheaper* way to upgrade what I have got?
