Edit: Okay, It's done! I reinstall Warband, and update 1.143. After Install Imperium Romanum (The Best Mod), and my first open, the game not run. Gave this error: Shader... bla bla...
But, I close game, and again open autorun. Here, in "Video" tab off Use Pixel Shader. After, the game run! Thank you... Did not know what to say...
Log shows that your available memory is very low:
"-- RAM: Available physical RAM: 1662MB/2942MB"
1) If you are not sure how to turn off unnecessary programs, processes and services yourself,
try the game booster, to see how much memory gain you get.
You'll find the link and Info in the 1st post of this thread.
2) What are your settings regarding virtual memory size ?
If you have 4GB ram, set it manually to 1.5x that size = 6144 MB
3) Change following settings for now, when you get the game running, start increasing until you crash
} //Processing Ini File Finished

Looks like your specs are pretty good, but you are also running low on available ram.
"-- RAM: Available physical RAM: 1338MB/3070MB"
try game booster (link in 1st post)
also change "use desktop resolution" to whatever resolution you want the game to run at.
Even if it's the same as desktop, set it correctly.
and let me know if it helped, if not we'll have to try lower your game settings a bit.

I'm not quite sure what causes the error you get:
"MEMORY ERROR!: InMemoryFileData: allocation failed!"
It could be some corrupted game files, or game save, or even faulty memory problem.
...what are your settings regarding windows swap file ?
Right click My computer, select properties,
Tab:Advanced, (Performance) ->Settings,
Tab:Advanced, (Virtual Memory)-> Change
If is set to low, or disabled, or if you run out of disk space for a swap file, it could give similar error.
So I'd be interested what you have there and if you have enough free space on your hdd for your swap file to be properly allocated
