Hey there, so; after downloading the latest possible version of your mod, I'm impressed, it's definitely shaping up to be awesome.

I noticed your banners were a little lackluster so I thought I'd make a quick few new ones for you to use.

Some news: shields for PDF Members Melee.

So they are getting three types of shields. First and second types are nothing, but crap, dedicated to help poor cultist to live a little bit longer in hand-to-hand fight, they almost don't protect from shots due to their size. Metal iece is ofc. better than wooden one:

But third type supposed to be one of the crucial elements of any successful advance. It's a broad riot shield, taken from local Adeptus Arbitres operatives, and it provides great defence against guards' lasguns:

Finally a wh40k mod for M&B, been waiting for something like this in a long time. Really wanting a mod for single player but multiplayer seems like a good idea as well.
 
Alpha v. 2 is out! Changes:

1. Added two new classes - officers.
2. Shotguns and smoke grenades.
3. Added armor for stormtroopers and shields for PDF Melees.
4. One old-new map.
5. Many balance and script adjustments, like:
a). Pierce damage (Medium AP) now deals real damage to armor, still leaving it very important. though you can't
    take a whole clip of slugs on your chest just like that anymore. To specify, now armor soaks only 50% of damage,
            not 70% as before.
b). Stats of weapons were a bit revapmed. In general, autigun is more useful now, lasgun became slower and less accurate,
    shotgun (a newcomer) really effective only on almost point-blank ranges.
c). Stats of units were also revapmed. PDFs were made tougher and faster. Still WIP.
d). Now you can't run while aiming with most of weapons, only walk. Laspistol and shotgun aren't affected by this
    restriction.
e). Melee weapons were made much more lethal, to make people use it.
f). Amount of armor was decreased slightly.
g). Grenades were nerfed, concerning their damage. area of effect and range of throw. Prepare yourselves for grenade
    launchers, as grenades now are for very close distances.
6. Proper conscript armor set.
7. Oh, and test lasers. Look pretty much like lasers now. Hope so, at least :p

Rules here:

Rules aren't going to differ from previous ones. We're still playing squads, composed of certain amount of players. Each position in a squad list is a certain role (means "in-game class"), which goes right after number of a position. All players, who are not in a FULL squad considered conscripts\PDF Melees (according to faction). Conscripts and Melees can be taken by a player if he wants it. In-game, every player MUST choose the class, which was taken by him. 

NOTE: You're allowed to make new squad for a faction ONLY if opposite faction already has equal amount of FULL squads, for example, if you see IG ahving one full squad and Chaos having one squad with 10 members, you can either join IG as conscript OR take a position in Chaos squad.

NOTE: only ONE offcier per team allowed. Officer should be choosen by a team, when it's fully composed, before start of the event.
MATCH RULES:

We're playing Battle. On two available maps, selection of which is up for server admin.

There going to be 3 tiers, each consisting of 5 rounds (battles) For each winning round, team scores 1 point. For each winning tier, team scores 2 points. A tier considered won by a team, which has more points IN THAT PARTICULAR TIER. Match considered won by a team, that scored more points in total, than opposite team.
