it looks almost like him. he was a funny guy, when he was
just about to get executed, he plead the soldiers not to shoot him
in the face. thous not having his beauty destroyed....
 
Compared to some of the uniforms I've seen some of the troops in, that's pretty nice.

It's obviously expensive and the uniform of a senior officer, but it's nicely understated and has a good colour scheme.

Also it helps that he's not wearing some ridiculous hat. Like those guys behind him.
 
That's what I find odd, as I imagine Docm based the uniform off of something and so logically he must have worn it at some point.
 
I tried that but for some reason it seems faction leaders (or lords in general) won't wear helmets that cover the whole head. With the flag he wouldn't wear it, but without he would. So I instead made a new skin/race for Napoleon with a custom head model.
 
It looks pretty good, but also somewhat unnatural. It might be that his skin is, like, perfect.

If it didn't change at all, I'd hardly complain, just figured I'd mention it because your work is so quality.

Also, if you did get a good idle animation going, that'd really just make this like a new game. :lol:
