Deathmatch rules:

UPDATE:

If you want to qualify for duels you’ll need to collect 20 points in deathmatch between players from all over the world during the course of 12 matches. Once you achieve 20 points you no longer can play DM matches. Any player that plays more than 12 rounds is disqualified.

Deathmatch stage will last for three weeks. There’ll be four matches per week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday).

Monday/Wednesday - 9pm
Saturday/Sunday - 1pm

We will have NA (Central time) and EU (GMT) servers. Time takes place in what time zone per server.

Players who place first, second or third get winning points:

1st place- 5 points
2nd place - 3 points
3rd place - 2 points

Time limit for each round is 25 minutes.
Official servers will host 64 players, and we will open more according to the amount of player sign-ups.

Duel rules:

-All matches will be played on Normal combat speed.

-All servers must be based in NA/EU (official servers) and agreed upon by the duelists.

- Killing yourself is allowed to restore health.

- In case of a draw players play additional 4 rounds, 2 for each zone.

-The use of third party programs in conjunction with WFAS to aid in attacking or blocking is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament regardless of positioning in the bracket. This includes but is not limited to any forms of "autoblock hacks" or mouse/keyboard macros producing simulated input.

-All match scheduling PMs must be CC'd to Imper1um or another tournament administrator to help in settling any disputes. Matches may also be publicly scheduled in the official thread.

-Match times must be agreed upon ahead of time by the participants. It is highly encouraged, but not mandatory, that final match times be PMed to Imper1um(or another moderator) so they may be announced in this thread.

-Each duelist may use any weapon they please, but he or she may switch it only between the duels.

-All cavalry, shields and ranged weapons are forbidden.

-Weapons that crush through blocks are not allowed

-Duelists must only use weapons that can be purchased by his or her respective faction.

-Duelists must only use default armor or no armor at all.

-Results should be posted after the match by both players (winner especially) along with a spoiler screenshot using FRAPS or simply print-screen.

-Insults or other personal attacks while the duel is in progress by either duelist are prohibited and may result in disqualification depending on the severity of the infraction.

-In addition, all duelists are expected to observe basic etiquette which includes backing off and facing your opponent at the start of the duel.
