No NA server? Why?

As the title says...why isnt there a NA server? Kinda sick of 170~ ping in RCC server and cant even horse fight and HAVE to walk around with a 2hand axe cuz shielders own me from the delay of blocks.

Why isnt it more active? I see all the people RCC server with 100+ ping aswell. Why don't they populate an NA server?

Rcc has people. People like to play with other people, only way to get NA would be encouraging NA clans to play on it. Basically it has to be something more than lower ping.
