Sorry I didn't post this earlier. I though the players may have already googled these things, but clearly I was demanding too much from the players.  So I took some time and made these pictures to describe the meaning of the military ranks.

It is not hard to identify a soldier/officer's rank. Basically both chinese and japanese were using a stars/triangles + bars system. The more bars/stars/triangles on the insignia, the higher the rank. Officers got golden bars and edges, non-commissioned officers have no golden edge but 1 golden/blue bar, no bar or edge for privates.

Same as Kuomintang's army(NPCA and NPLA), 8RA, N4A and NEAJA which were lead by communists belong to National Revolutionary Army, too, although only formally. Historically the communists insisted that everyone was equal and no rank should be used. But in the game I use the same rank system they should use.

Manchurian army was actually lead by japanese, their rank design was pretty much same as japanese.

I also made ranks for Huabei Security Army, but since no clan is based that faction, I didn't spend time on making a picture for it.

Don't even look at yourself?
From my example pictures in the topic, you will know who is a better player by just looking at your teammates' rank. Cause a private is not necessary a noob, but a noob certainly won't get high rank.

Except making the mod looks like WWII a bit more, and increasing the possibility of cooperation between players, the rank related combat tactics were not added. I need time to do everything.
