SoD Avatars and Signature Banners

In honor of Sword of Damocles 5.0 coming out in the near future, I decided to make some Avatars and Signature Banners for the community to show support of this mod.  I plan to make more of these in the future and will update this thread but I decided to release what I have for now.  It is ok to make requests here for certain Avatars but please do not fill this thread up with questions of when we will release. 

Since it is inevitable, I’ll provide an update.  We decided to go all out.  MorrisB just wrote some excellent dialogs for the Legion units so there will be even more interactivity and Kuba is banging away at the code.  I just added a few more royal items for the mini-quest and been fixing textures preparing for closed alpha testing and beta release.

Avatars
To get these guys to work (without saving and storing on a web server yourself), you must:
1.)  Right Click on the desired Avatar
2.)  Click “Save Picture As…”  and save to desktop (or any easy location)
3.)  Hover over the “Profile” tab on main Taleworlds website tab
4.)  Select “Forum Profile”
5.)  Under the “Personalized Picture” block on forum profile click the check box “Upload an avatar”
6.)  Click “Browse” and navigate to avatar file saved on desktop
7.)  Click “Change Profile”


Royal Armor sets of the main 5 Sword of Damocles Factions:
Pick your favorite Sword of Damocles faction to represent your online avatar.  Can’t decide, no problem, you can also rotate through them all!

               

This Avatar will rotate through all the SoD Player Factions:

SoD Companion Heroes:
Sword of Damocles has a new and unique set of heroes.  Their names are the same as Native so you do not have to relearn all the interactions but all of their gear, stats, and dialogs are updated to match the SoD civilizations.

Mercenary Guilds:
The guild leaders and their field commanders.  There are a few different views of each troop and I decided to remove the unit name to make it easy to see (some of leader names are long).  I can add these in for anyone that really wants it.  I may add more guild troops in the future and may remove names of other troops above upon request (but “Sword of Damocles” stays)…

Banners

2.)  Click “Select” next to the “Code” frame
3.)  Press Control+C (copy)
4.)  Hover over the “Profile” tab on main Taleworlds website tab
5.)  Select “Forum Profile”
6.)  Press Contol+V (paste) into the “Signature” block on forum profile
7.)  Click “Change Profile”
8.)  Enjoy supporting Sword of Damocles!!!

Hell yeah ! The mod truly needed some updated signs and avatars by now. They all look great 

now al we need is the new mod

Though I fear the January release might be postponed a little - this time because of me, damn exams and flu keep me from finishing some important texts. I'm trying to hurry up, but then again, the Beta Testing might slip some days.

:p i'd rather not have sod 5 coming out right now, have exams myself and i want to get good results lol

just tought it might be close with the new banners being released

Updated exsiting avatars by running them through an enhance filter to sharpen them up (less blurry) and added the strategy advisor.  More on the way...

I am becoming more and more tempted to actually choose an avatar.
My only problem is that I don't really like "moving" avatars.

Cyclo, would it be a great request to ask you to make "stationary", "one-picture" avatars (like the separate pictures of the various Royal sets) ? The constant pic-changes make me dizzy after a while. That could be a problem for others as well.

If I were to choose an avatar, it would be either the Legate, Matias Corves or a Bastard Brother (cos' they are badass). But again, I prefer simple avatars to moving ones.

I went ahead and made singles for all.  I intend to make some more but it will be awhile, I have some RL stuff to work on now...

Per request, the biggest cheater in the world of SoD has been added.  Enjoy!

My favorite would be the Centurions, gotta love their helmet.

Updated once again with the Guild Masters and their field commanders. 

I decided to leave out the troop names because of a few reasons.  Some of the names are to long and take away from the artwork and it is much easy without all the text.  If anyone has a desire for the troop name (or removal of one), I am open for requests.  Now that I have my template and all the filters I need to run, I can do these quickly. 

To clarify, I can remove troop names if people have that preference, but the "Sword of Damocles" text will stay,

I am not so proud of my work, i couldnt be so creative but better than nothing, right?

Very nice, I'm very surprised how everyone in the community is so geared up for Sword of Damocles. We appreciate everyone's support.
