I don't think much can be done for the dialogue mod. Bah, it's just a few text files that need replacement. If I knew which I'd upload them right away.

As for TOTSK, unfortunately yes, the team abandoned the mod, leaving it in an unfinished state, at least for the time being.

It is still playable, if a bit plain at the moment.

I have another problem with this mod. I loved this mod till I saw that no King, no Duke etc. on the map walks. Everytime they are in the castles ore Citys. Can you correct this?
