English is a language of this subforum. so first usage of another language - "yellow card" for this player's clan leader. For several non-english posts - the clan will be deleted from tourney.

Date/Time: Clans have 5 days to play a separate match. If clans failed to play it at that time, then clan, who wrote day of match, and has 12 players on the server at right time - will get default win.  (call arbiter, so that he can confirm it)

Servers:
Сlans can play on any servers they like - if they both agree to do so. But if they have disagreement - then official servers will be played. (Native Pro League 1 and Native Pro League 2 - located in the UK - arbiters know admin password). BOTH clan leaders and arbiter should check server settings CAREFULLY each 5 rounds. If one of clan leaders found the mistake during the match in server settings, then last TWO rounds (current round and previous one) can be replayed. But only last two rounds, not the whole map or the match.

If clans have an agreement to play on clan servers - the fair variant is to do so:
1st Half Time: team 1 server
2nd Half Time: team 2 server
  a. By the rules of this tournament, each match consists of 2 maps. One map should be played on one clan's server, second on other clan's server. But if both clans agree, they can play on one server they like. AFTER the beggining of match, clan shouldnt complain about ping or lags.
  b. 30 minutes before match, clan's representative should check both match servers, then 15 minutes before start - they should start  training on first match server.
  c. If before match clans find that some of their players are banned on one (or both) of servers, these players should be unbanned. If admins cant do it, then it is an obstacle for the match and tourney, and clan of this server will get default defeat. The situation can be disscussed in steam with one of arbiters (find one who is online). This speech should be with participation of both clans representatives.

Combat speed:
Medium

Time for one round:
6 minutes

Game Type:Battle

Battle size:
minimum 12vs12 (or more, if both clans agree)
Rounds limit:
10 per map, 5 per spawn

Winning condition:
Most rounds won = Win

Maps/Factions/Spawns:
a) (choice right before match) - one map can be played only once in one match, and one clan can CHOOSE one CONCRETE faction only once in match too.
b) No khergits. But if both clans agree - then they are allowed.
c) Switch spawns AND FACTIONS after 5 rounds.

For first map, team 1 chooses map, faction and spawn. Team 2 chooses only faction. After 5 rounds teams switch spawns and factions, like it was on NC matches (not usual clan battles, when u can choose faction for the whole map).
For second map, team 2 chooses map, faction and spawn. Team 1 chooses only faction. After 5 rounds teams switch spawns and factions.

If both clans agree, they can switch only spawns after 5 rounds, not factions.

Spectator View Settings:
Locked to team-members view

Gold and gold bonuses:

Mercs (and reserve players):
- during 10 rounds you are allowed to change only 2 players. After first map u can change even the whole team. The match cant be replayed because of violation of this rule. But the arbiter (if he noticed himself, or other clan helped him to notice, no matter) can count the round as lost one for those team who changed more then 2 players.
- mercs are forbidden

Rules:
1. Only clanleaders or wararrangers should use ingame chat during game. No flood. If flood didnt stop, arbiter will kick every player, who posted something in common chat.
2. No glitches - list of forbidden exploits here http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,143760.0.html .
3. Allowed maps: Village, Ruined Fort, Ruins, Field by the river, Nord Town, Port Assault, Snowy Village. But if both clans agree, then they can use Random map.
P.S. We deleted from list "Battle on Ice" map, because of special native-mod, which allows to play without tree-textures, so u can easiely see the enemy right through the trees and bushes and shoot him while the enemy even cant see u. This mod cant be detected, and we even cant check if someone have it or not. So to avoid conflicts, we decide not to play this map.
We deleted "Forest Hideout" and "Arena" maps, because they are too small - no time and place for tactics.
No "Random Plains" or "Random Steppe" - because they not only provide advantage for khergits, but also these maps are rather usual and cant provide same spawns after switching.

INFO ABOUT DRAWS:

First of all, i should say, that there cant be a draw in match, because of a special tourney system.

SO DRAW ROUND DOESNT COUNT, AND YOU SHOULD CONTINUE PLAYING.  (so the score  in each set of 5 rounds could be only 5:0, 4:1, 3:2, 2:3, 1:4, 0:5)

Draw rules and conditions:

    - No rule that forbids players to retreat from disadvantageous combat situation

    - Burrowing in map 'corner' with shield up is prohibited.

    - Using glitches, bugs and graphical features of maps (hiding in stack of straw, hiding in wall, etc) is forbidden.

    - All other methods of 'survival' are allowed.

If after 20 rounds, the score is a draw, then an additional of 10 rounds will be played with the next settings:
- map chosen by referee (it has to be a map different then the maps that were played that match)
- both teams will play the same faction (e.g. Swadia vs Swadia, Vaegir vs Vaegir etc.); faction will be chosen by the referee and it must be different from the factions used by the teams during the match
- after 5 rounds, spawns change (and servers change if its clan servers)
if even after these additional rounds  we get draw again, then there should be a one single duel between two champions, one from each clan. Referee should use that server, on which the ping difference for these 2 champions will be the smallest. After 15:15 score both teams are good enough to go further, so this duel is like coin toss.

1st usage of any of these forbidden things - defeat in round
2nd usage of any of these forbidden things - defeat in match

rules updated due to matches of first round and suggestions of clan leaders.

- if both clans agree, they can switch only spawns after 5 rounds, not factions. But if one clan is against this, then switch factions and spawns after 5 rounds. And it should be discussed before the match.

- if both clans agree, they can use Random maps. But if one clan is against this, then No random maps. And it should be discussed before the match.

Other rule wasnt changed - u still cant play same map twice, and if u chose one faction on first map, u cant choose same faction for second map.

Yesterday, the RJ&C vs RRush match ended in a draw 10-10. After a small meeting between most of the referees, we decided this:

If after 20 rounds, the score is a draw, then an additional of 10 rounds will be played with the next settings:
- map chosen by referee (it has to be a map different then the maps that were played that match)
- both teams will play the same faction (e.g. Swadia vs Swadia, Vaegir vs Vaegir etc.); faction will be chosen by the referee and it must be different from the factions used by the teams during the match
- after 5 rounds, spawns change (and servers change if its necessary)

This worked quite well for RJ&C vs RRush.

if even after these additional rounds  we get draw again, then there should be a one single duel between two champions, one from each clan. Referee should use that server, on which the ping difference for these 2 champions will be the smallest.

rules update:

- during 10 rounds you are allowed to change only 2 players. After first map u can change even the whole team. The match cant be replayed because of violation of this rule. But the arbiter (if he noticed himself, or other clan helped him to notice, no matter) can count the round as lost one for those team who changed more then 2 players.

Rules update

(due to clans poll)
- now the official servers have the priority. So clans still can play on any servers they like - if they both agree to do so. But if they have disagreement - then official servers will be played.

- mercs are not allowed  since the round 4 of winners bracket, and since the round 5 of loosers bracket. Reason:  it's still CLAN tournament. Don't think these strong clans, who reached these rounds, really need mercs. That's it.

Rules update

(due to clans usage of strong mercs, which are not really necessary for match)
- mercs are forbidden

- BOTH clan leaders and arbiter should check server settings CAREFULLY each 5 rounds. If one of clan leaders found the mistake during the match in server settings, then last TWO rounds (current round and previous one) can be replayed. But only last two rounds, not the whole map or the match.

(due to active usage of russian language in english subforum)
- english is a language of this subforum. so first usage of another language - "yellow card" for this player's clan leader. For several non-english posts - the clan will be deleted from tourney.
