The Mods-in-development thread, if it's got a concept, it should be here. The little descriptions can be changed by the authors and  PM me or post here.

Project prettify
In need of modelers and skinners etc.. A add on for native, nicer models and skins and possibly some game play additions.

Schattenländer - Into the Darklands
In 1992, Microprose made a computer RPG called Darklands which is a cult classic.  Set in the Holy Roman Empire of the 15th century, it's basically medieval Germany where everything the peasants believed is true.  It's an unbelievably deep, immersive look at the middle ages.  Fans have entreated the company to release the source code for ages, to no avail.

Mysore and Maratha wars
A mod based in 1700s and early 1800s India.


Age of Mythology Mod


Dark Ages of Calradia
Set about 100 years before native, nice textures and models by Scion.


Gladiator mod
Travel the ancient world and fight for money in bloody, gladiatorial battles.


RPG Mod
Yoshi follows up his Pirate Mod in style. A epic Adventure pushing the M&B engine to new heights, seriously.


DeadLands
"The dead will walk the earth!"


Brother Against Brother
American Civil War mod


With Fire And Sword mod
A mod based on a Henryk Sienkiewicz's trylogy with the same teatle (its XVI - XVII century).

A whole new project.


Leaguer of Maedhros

Heroes of Erathia
A mod based in the mythical lands of Griffin Empire.


Clans of Kherge
"Mod is set about 20 years later than vanilla.  Vaegirs won the Calradian civil war.  Zendar became an independent city-state.  Rhadogir and Culmar are now the border fortresses." A mod exploring the Khergit tribes.


Warhammer Mod
A mod based in the Games Workshop's fantasy battle universe.

As it's denoted on the title, Fall of Constantinople is around the year, 1453. So, it's around 15th Century.

The Mod list is only for completed mods, that have a .751 release. This list is for all the mods in development.

I would put Maw's murder in heavy development. I don't think it'll ever be 'finished', maw keeps adding new ideas but there is more playable content than any 'developing' mod I know of.

I think there should be a different section called

"Released mods for prior M&B versions"

And it would have, for example

Maw's Murder Mod (v.731)

Holy War (v.731)

The Last Days of the Third Age of Middle Earth (v.731)

Uh, there is a mod in development and its thread is in the Turkish Forum, for now. The "Anatolia" Mod. The year is around 14th Century and it's about the states that were founded after the battle of "Kösedağ". (the Battle between Mongols and Anatolian Seljuks that prepares the fall of Anatolian Seljuks)

There are 10 Factions for now.
