well if they had a very crazy and experienced coder they could probably do that what we need is the guy who made the akatosh mount for tes4 oblivion (akatosh was a dragon)

Could be implented as the Militia recruited from local villages. Big question though, if you recruit humans from villages, how do you recruit Uruk-Hai... Mercenaries?
