Just collecting the buglist into a single post. Feel free to post new bugs in the forum/buglist, this is just to cut down on duplicate reports and remind me which bugs I've confirmed :)

Severe Bugs

Known Bug
CTD during conversations - Game will drop back to desktop during conversations with an NPC

Possible workaround - seems to be caused by clicking through the conversation too quickly. Might be able to avoid it by waiting a few seconds before clicking

Known Bug
Assertion Failed error (Agent.cpp)

Seems to be related to the permanent corpses option. Disabling this option appears to cause this error. Possible that this may be related to lower end systems

Minor Bugs
Known Bug
Windows error message on exit

Probably caused by disabling pixel shaders in the config file

Known Bug
Ammunition count drops from 1 to 0 without firing that shot (happens at the end of loading animation)

Known Bug
Khergit parties don't seem to increase in size with the level of your character like other parties. Definitely affects Dark Khergits, possibly affects 'normal' Khergit and similar parties too (so far the faction parties, bandits & pirates seem to be fine, haven't managed to confirm with any other party)

Mouse pointer sometimes entirely replaced by the D3D text, rather than it just appearing at the top

The main cause of this appears to be customised or 3rd Party mouse schemes. Changing to the default Windows mouse pointers should resolve this issue

Known Bug
"More than 32 samples per sound" error message when attempting to launch a mod

This occurs when attempting to use a mod designed for version .731 or earlier. There's a couple of conversion guides, though in most cases you should be able to download the latest, .751 compatible version of the mod

Cosmetic Bugs
Wooden club makes a metallic sound when blocked/blocking with
Spelling errors in some town screens
Clipping issues, especially with horses
Torches in Praven castle are the wrong way round
Some of the new equipment retains _a or _b endings
Descriptions of skills etc needs updating to reflect changes in new version(s)
On the inventory/trading screen, the image of Khergit Guard Boots needs to be rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise
When going to attack without party members, it still says "you lead your men into the battle"
If you press retreat when watching tournaments there are still the choices "retreat" and "keep fighting". "Leave" and "keep watching" would be beter.

Unverified Bugs
Battles & Sieges - sometimes the enemy doesn't appear on the field (could be down to a mod rather than vanilla) Still not able to reproduce
Strange prisoner distribution - seems like prisoner parties are duplicated after a combat (allowing recruitment but still forming a party of rescued prisoners)
Looks like weapon speed bonuses 'lap around' to give a negative bonus at high weapon proficiencies.
