Britain at War 1.3 (LAST AND FINAL VERSION)

The year is still 1290 and aimed to convert it from native to a more medieval 2 total war feeling.
Troops, lords, mercenaries and the map is now done.
More new equipment and DX7 friendly textures. (Thats why the mod is so big in size.)

Features.

*  New map of the british isles.

* Troop Ratio Bar. (A ratio bar for the troop, the more it is to right the more troops you have left in the battle).

The knights are strong but there horses are pretty much weaker, and spears deal more damage now. (Hint hint. :twisted:)

Thanks to those who actually has played this mod, I needed the support some times, for those who dont have Warband yet, enjoy!

Someone complained about the new faces one time, if you dont want them replace the "skins.txt" in the baw folder with the "skins.txt" from the native folder.
 
My english yeomen and any type of cavalry are topless... :/

The fix file only has 490 odd items, whereas the original file has well over 900. I think thats the problem.
 
Nope, I had downloaded that from the start.

The item_kinds1.txt that does not enpower horses has 435 items listed and brings up quite a few RGL errors and many troops seem to be missing armour ingame.
item_kinds1(horses)..txt has nearly all the items, it brings up the RGL open_sallet_nocoif error - but as far as I can tell thats the only one.
 
Yeah, search for "visored_salet_coif", and add 1 more l to "salet" so it says "sallet".

Sorry for all these "bugs" or mistakes" if you will, but reason is that I havent had much motivation for the last release, and had almost given up on so I actually put it all into a rar and uploaded, without testing, because i thought everything was ok, but I forgot to fix the typos in the item_kinds1.txt file.  :???:
 
Thanks, that fixed it. Brilliant mod btw. Having a hoot with the Scots.

Got a new bug / crash I can't get past: get_object failed for:scab_bastard_sword

Huge thanks!! .. seems to have fixed the CTD ...I did notice the hand & a half scabbards are now white (ie when empty and when sword sheathed).

Getting a new CTD: unable to lock vertex buffer. Any ideas how to fix?
