Change the two red 1's to 0.  This will ONLY disable the "proximity to other lords" check.  There are a number of other checks that determine whether a lord will speak with you, so this won't guarantee that they'll hear you out.

Books give a +1 floating bonus not just a 1 time +1 increase.
Note: this does not work with the new patch, DO NOT USE.  It will do weird things, like give you random XP points just moving your cursor around while looking at your character sheet.

this will reset it back to 1.113 and make the prisoner price by level again.

TweakMB don't use the tweak talk to guild master, it does some strange thing, no dungeons in the towns and such.

It's already fixed, some days ago.

I just installed Tweak M&B and it works great for me; some of these tweaks here look great too, will they work along with Tweak M&B or do some conflict?

Is there a tweak to give merchants more money?  I hate traveling from city to city to get rid of my goods.  I know I can sell X in all the merchants of a city but sometimes that just isn't enough.

these tweaks are manually edited into the txt files. just make sure you edit it in the right line and stuff and youre fine. they don't conflict because theyre edited in different files/locations of all the text files.
 
Garrison troops in a village

The troops may be garrisoned in any village, not just one you own.  They DO NOT aid when the village is raided, but they also do not cost ANY wages, (they stay for free).  You can pick them up later when you need them again.  You can also put prisoners in the village and there will never be a ransom request for a lord, which means if you are trying to take down the whole faction by capturing all the lords, you will not lose honor by having to decline a ransom request.  They also never escape, the AI does not know they are there so in essence they have gone invisible.
 
U forgot to add that u can take troops out of village about 50 per each village  :grin:(townmens and peasant women)

Garrison troops in village is good if you are just starting, before you get your first castle.  Build up lots of x-bows and infantry, store them in the village, and they cost you nothing in upkeep, but they are there, ready for you to garrison your castle instead of using your main line troops.  No running around trying to build back up while your castle is barely garrisoned.

I'm loving the bigger maps, except that it now takes about 30 seconds for maps to load instead of about 3 seconds.

*sigh* since I just patched up to 1.113 (Gamersgate only had 1.111 for quite a while) I now have to redo my map sizes again. Ah well, its worth it!

Thanks for keeping this stickied. Looking forward to the slow buildup of the "82 Little Tweaks" set for Warband!  :smile:

Very useful tweak.
 
Anybody have any idea if the Duel with Lords Option works with 1.113?

Here's to hoping that the increase battlefield, add horse loot, and garrison troops tweaks all work with 1.113, cause I've already changed 'em.

I don't think anything happens to them since they don't fight the raiders.  The AI does not recognize them as even being there, so it does not stop raids either.

Not hire as such but move into your troop.  Also, I don't know yet if it has any effect on prosperity or fighting or stopping raids but I now have 2000 farmers and peasant women in each of my two villages.  The villages I take them from regenerate and I come in and take more, then move them to my own villages without upgrading them to fighting troops.

I had my first raid and having 2000 farmers did not stop the raid, but they all joined in when I defended against the raid so I it gave me a great advantage of numbers and tactical start. But only the farmers joined, not the other troops I had garrisoned there.
I don't think anything happens to them since they don't fight the raiders.  The AI does not recognize them as even being there, so it does not stop raids either.
